8/13/06, Cara uses a fork!

With a brownie:

8/14/06, Cara visits the beach for the first time. Here, she is slowly becoming accustomed to the sand.

Notice Cara's behind in this shot: covered with sand.

With her Daddy:

On 8/16/06, Cara helped change our neighbor Gene's flat tire. Here is a look at the aftermath:

Cara looking worried: "Gene may need more help!"

Filthy on Gene's front walk (notice the hand and leg):

Here is a look at Cara's new hairstyle; the little sprigs of hair were dubbed "doodlebops" by her Mommy.

Daddy with the little twiddlebug:

Baltimore, day one (8/17/06)

Can you see our little girl? Going down, down, down the big escalator in the lobby of our gorgeous hotel.

George and Cara check out the sights in the inner harbor.

In the rainforest section of the aquarium; this is what was dubbed Cara's "Christopher Columbus" pose.

Cara's silhouette can be seen as she stops for one short moment to peer into the big tank around her: "Hey, somebody put fish in here!"

Up, up, up! Actually, they seem to be going down, but Cara doesn't know the difference. This was her favorite part of the aquarium.

After lots of running, we take a rest and Cara enjoys some ice cream at the aquarium snack bar.

Here we are at the dolphin show, waiting patiently for it to begin.

Mommy shows Cara the big tank. On the very far right you can just make out a dolphin.

Here was Cara's main headquarters for watching the dolphin show (she's in the middle of the picture):
