6/15/14: Father's Day! Owen suggested weeks and weeks ago that for Father's Day we have a barbecue, so that is what we did. The weather was gorgeous and we had a really awesome day.

The kids had realized recently that we had run out of bubble solution, so in the morning I went out shopping and stocked back up on the stuff. There was a lot of bubble blowing.

Amid the general relaxation and feasting, Evelyn was very invested in trying to toast cheese on our fire pit. Here is Grandmama giving it a good go.

During the attempt to take a "dads" photo, baby Xavier crawled on over. He is on the move these days!

Taking a creditable group photo with four kids is quite a job, especially when Owen tends to look away or cover his eyes when a camera is pointed at him. This was the best attempt from our camera.

This is the last one we took, when kids got antsy and things started to get crazy.
