4/18/14: On Easter/Passover celebration weekend, Owen was lucky enough to get Yellow Brick Road's Lollipop class pet, Oliver Fritz. Oliver came with Owen on all his adventures and we had to take lots of pictures for Oliver's journal. Here is Owen trying the very fancy piece of cake he insisted he wanted from the Barnes and Noble cafe. Oliver looks on.

Reading Oliver If You Give a Frog a Matzoh, which was really the perfect Passover book.

Oliver tries on one of our new ten plagues masks.

We had ten plagues finger puppets, too!

4/19/14: Egg-dying with Oliver, who was grabbed by the eyeball so that he could see it.

This photo is actually from 4/21, but it shows some of the more important final products.

Later on 4/19, we had an early Easter dinner at Aunt Claire's house; the kids got their first chance to hunt for eggs.

Oliver tries to comprehend our strange human customs.

Bubble wands! Owen had some trouble mastering the proper swinging technique.

That evening Owen and I were both in Batman pajamas and Evelyn took some photos that I admit I really love.

4/20/14: The kids get silly while camping out on the floor of the dining room.

Still from the morning of 4/20, the obligatory annual Nancy Circle Easter Egg Hunt.

Dressed up with Oliver.

After our hunt, the kids and I drove over to PA to spend Easter Sunday with cousin Cheryl and many other family members. Owen brought lots of friends.

Attempts were made to take a nice picture of all of the little kiddies, which always proves challenging, especially when some people decide to get shy...

Oliver gets into the spirit of the thing.
