11/11/06: Cara has not actually climbed into this tree by herself:

11/23/06, Thanksgiving morning; Cara's room is being cleaned so she is wearing a stunning ensemble of miscellany culled from her drawers and closet.

Here we are at Aunt Theresa's house--Cara wants either to feed her Mommy or to be picked up.

Cara eyes my beer, which I placed on the table in order to take this picture.

The grandparents brought Cara's wonderful zoo toy, which makes noises when you place the animals on the circles for the letters of the alphabet. It also, as it turns out, makes noises when little girls stand on it.

Cara, at the request of her grandma and great-grandma, is feeding Curious George a sweet potato chip.

Cara heads for her wagon--she got multiple rides in it, but I didn't get a good picture of any of them.

Grandma reads Cara a book about Low Leaf Worm's first Thanksgiving--how appropriate!

Running down the hall to chase after a dog toy--and to have a drink of water.

Eating her ninetieth chip of the evening:

Cara was able to rock back and forth in the chair for a few seconds before getting bored and jumping out.

11/24/06, Cara goes South to visit her other set of grandparents. Here is what I believe to be the only photo of Cara in her carseat:

Exercise is fun!! Cara and I may not quite have gotten the hang of this equipment, though. At least, we're having no luck pulling these things out of the ground.

11/25/06: Cara is left to wreak havoc at her grandparents' house in Middletown.
