On 7/9/06, Cara got to visit Andrea and Dan (her cousins once removed, or something like that) at their house. The first thing she really liked was the remote.

Cara learned that day that a football is also a ball, even though it is not round.

Cara looks a bit sour here, but I thought it was a nice picture all the same.

This picture is very memorable for the ridiculous expressions Daddy and Cara have on their faces.

Here, Cara and Mommy play on the floor. Cara has some clips of some kind.

Cara wanted to leave, but was captured just long enough for this family photo.

Cara met Nina. They "shared" their toys. In the same way that the US and Russia had "peace" during the Cold War.

Below, Grandma shows Cara where her nose is, and Great Aunt Sally appears to be teaching a lesson about shoes, while I look on.

My Dad and I get Cara to kick a football. Unfortunately, I am blocking the view of the ball.

More kicking? I think after this day Cara was into kicking things more.

Cara passing by again!

On 7/11/06, Cara and her Mommy and grandparents visited the Philadelphia Zoo. Here are some pics. Cara liked this elephant at the entrance:

Getting to know the lorikeets!

"What the heck is that thing on your arm!?"

Cara attempts to make contact:

Cara is born out of an egg. Isn't that how it happened with Celine Dion's child?

Cara really liked this caterpillar in the treehouse part of the zoo.

See?

Mommy and baby in a flower.

Baby goes solo: Mommy had to make a very funny face to get this reaction.

And, finally, another for the list of photos with Cara's head peeking through a hole.

On 7/17/06 Cara visited South Jersey and had some fun time in the back yard. Here are two photos of summer fun.
