Cara, month 15

On 6/15/06, I decided it was time to snap some more photos of Cara. Here she is running along with a nice bear toy she got from our neighbor Julianna (and look at those cute shorts!):

Later, the bear was discarded in favor of more typical pursuits:

On 6/16/06, Cara had a great Friday trip down to the shore with her grandparents. First, the happy grandparents with a Cara who is merely tolerating her floppy sun hat.

Finally at Jenkinson's Aquarium, we see the "behind-the-scenes" version of a picture Evie and I took the first time Cara visited here. If you go back two pages to the month 13 photos, and scroll a little way down, you'll see that Cara's face is supposed to be on a seal's body.

Two examples of what I'm sure were many instances of baby-wrangling that day:

If Cara's mouth were that big, just think how many cheese sticks she could fit in at once!

On 6/18/06, Father's Day, Cara enjoys a trip to South Jersey. Here she is exploring my parents' back yard, collecting sticks and playing with a ball.

On 6/20/06, Ron and Em invited us over and Cara tried her first dip in the pool. Here, PJ and Cara prepare for the ordeal:

Would Cara like to play in the float?

No. No she wouldn't.

PJ, no! Don't drink that! It's...oh...well, it's probably ok.

Cara liked walking out onto the pool's diving board. None of the pictures of her on it really came out that well, but I fiddled with them digitally to try to improve them and here are a couple:

On the Fourth of July '06, we all went down to South Jersey and gathered 'round the kiddie pool for some good clean American fun.
