Cara, month 10

On 1/2/06 (technically still at the tail end of her ninth month), Cara enjoys high chair time. This picture I took to show off my own ability to dress Cara in a cute ensemble: flower print sleeper and pink overalls.

Below are a couple shots from 1/3/06 of Daddy and Cara frolicking in the kitchen. Here, Cara is wearing an outfit selected for her by her Grandpa Jim--and put on her by her Grandpa George!

On 1/4/06, Cara played around with her friend PJ from down the street! She and PJ got to try out a brand new toy which I had just assembled.

Below, our neighbor Ron holds Cara (that's PJ's tuft of hair at the bottom of the picture):

On 1/11/06, Cara and PJ horse around. Photos courtesy of Em and Ron. In these two below, PJ discovers the amazing plaything that is Cara's ear. Note in particular Ron's reaction in the background of the first photo.

In this one, Cara tries out PJ's push toy. Don't be fooled; though it looks like she's ready to go tearing around the room (albeit very sullenly), Cara could barely stand up on this thing.

On 1/16/06, Cara and her Grandma have fun.

1/24/06, PJ had his eleventh-month birthday, and celebrated with a cupcake party, to which Cara was invited. Here, PJ gets excited as his cupcake is presented.
